A comunidade Mby’a Guaraní de Trinidad (departamento de Itapúa) oferece um passeio turístico que o convida a conhecer e compartilhar sua rica cultura indígena. Você poderá desfrutar do primeiro coro Mby’a Guaraní do Paraguai, artesanato e caminhadas.
Chegando à comunidade Mby’a Guaraní, a primeira parada é na oficina de artesanato de madeira ou pedra, onde se encontram desde figuras de animais até instrumentos musicais. À direita da entrada principal encontramos um moderno salão com todas as comodidades, onde crianças e adolescentes têm uma colônia de férias e uma brinquedoteca recém inaugurada. Além disso, nesse sítio, dois profissionais da educação ajudam alunos da comunidade a reforçarem seus estudos de segunda a sexta-feira.
De lá pode-se caminhar até a pedreira de San Luis, o local histórico onde a matéria-prima foi extraída para a construção da missão Jesús de Tavarangüe, localizada um pouco mais ao norte, a cerca de cinco quilômetros do local.
